The Mystery of Hitler's Bell: The Ultimate Nazi Weapon

           Madman, lunatic, tyrant- history has given Adolf Hitler many names. We all have known him as one of the most notorious dictators of all time, the leader of Nazi Germany, the one who was responsible for catastrophic events like the Holocaust(massacre of 6 million jews) and World War II. But a lesser-known fact about him is that he was deeply fond of technology. During the second world war, Hitler engaged a few of his top scientists to develop a technologically advanced armory, called Wunderwaffe or the 'Wonder weapons'. This weaponry was highly innovative, diabolical, and far ahead of its time. One of these scientifically incredible armaments was code-named Die Glocke or 'The Bell'.

            During World War II, Germany was undoubtedly quite scientifically precocious. The Nazi army was equipped with advanced weapons, guided missiles, and precision bombers. Unfortunately, they were defeated. But after their defeat, more than 1600 German scientists were brought to America, for a secret government operation called "PAPERCLIP". The primary motive of this operation was to harness German highbrows and exceptional resources to develop the American arsenal and to help America have the upper hand over the Soviet Union in the Cold war. 

The operation made some rather astonishing discoveries and unleashed surprising facts about researches that were conducted by Germans. There was particularly one that spurred up a lot of controversies- Die Glocke or simply 'The Bell'.

When I read about the Wunderwaffe, it immediately grabbed my attention and I decided to do some research of my own. So, here I present to you some of the findings of my investigation which will make you believe that the Nazis were actually onto something.

Project CRONOS:  

  

According to a book written by Igor Witkowski, The Truth about the Wunderwaffe, there was a description and blueprint of a bell/stupa-shaped instrument under the original documentation of a top-secret Nazi project, titled 'CRONOS'. It was deemed to be some kind of anti-gravity technology. 

The machine was never found but many believed this instrument was designed as a part of a bigger machine that was supposed to be a serious attempt at time travel.  

        

The Henge:

In Ludwikowice, Poland stands an erect structure, The Henge. This stone-built structure in Wenceslas Mines was believed to be a crucial part of the Time Travel setup. The Wenceslas Mines was a huge mine that got bankrupted before the start of World War II and was taken over as headquarters for CRONOS. The mine was situated in a valley and was the size of a medium-sized city. The entire valley was sealed off with no connection to the outside world and accommodated a ton of secret chambers, bunkers, tunnels, and subterranean laboratories. Furthermore, the valley was surrounded by power plants which made it a perfect spot to conduct heavy experiments with high power requirements such as defying gravity or attempts to time travel.

The Henge was built in the center of the valley shortly before the end of World War II and was dedicated to the research and development of advanced weaponry. This henge reportedly supported the massive 'Bell' with chains and was seemingly rotated with great speed and hence bringing Time Dilation into the picture. Practically, to achieve time-travel technology, we would need an enormous amount of mass to travel at an incredible speed, eventually creating an artificial time wormhole/vortex. Now, what do you think these scientists were trying to do rotating a heavy bell-like structure with such a great speed? Makes sense?

Hans Kammler Mystery

The driving force behind these cutting-edge projects was General Hans Kammler. It was under his supervision that all the Wunderwaffe were being developed and researched upon. General Kammler was an excellent Civil Engineer and SS Commander in the Nazi era. 

Kammler joined the Nazi party in 1931 and held various administrative positions before he was appointed to look after the research and development of military weapons and leading-edge science experiments. General Kammler was very intimately involved in the secret weapons project and used to personally supervise all the work. He also made several concentration camps and brought in a huge number of slaves to work on these projects.

At the end of World War II, Kammler felt that he was under some vague threat and decided to flee to different places to safeguard himself. Around his run-away time, several people reportedly had noticed that the Glocke was gone too and concluded that Kammler has traveled through time. Hence, the Glocke was never to be found and so did Kammler.

Though he was allegedly declared dead by his wife, with the date and time of death being 9 May 1945, there were no enough shreds of evidence that he was actually dead. His body was never found. Many still believe that he had jumped to a different time using the Die Glocke.

Prisoners of war:

General Kammler set up concentration camps with several slaves and prisoners to support the hectic work schedule for the development of German armaments. Kammler was ruthless towards these laborers and was always more concerned about the quality and speed at which these projects were executed. He allegedly once remarked, 

Don't worry about the victims. The work must proceed ahead in the shortest time possible.

As a matter of fact, they were also forced to participate in dangerous experiments at the henge.

 

All these experiments were documented along with the after-effects of the experiments on the participants. Countless participants were diagnosed with Nerve disorders and damage, as though exposed to some kind of powerful radiation.

Nazis' fondness for Ancient Mythology:

Nazis were fond of the ancient cultures and artifacts and were very much inspired by the same. Many of their then ongoing research and projects were seemingly inspired by Hindu mythology and architecture. They rigorously studied the ancient past and artifacts to gather information about the various bits of intelligence in the universe and believed they were the source of immense power and unknown knowledge. 

Several Hindu and Buddhist relics mention the Stupa-shaped flying objects that appeared and hovered in the sky. For example, Ravan from one of the major Sanskrit epic Ramayana was said to have a flying Vimana. Countless Buddhist artifacts also mention these flying-objects which appeared and disappeared in the sky.

Taking advantage of these available artifacts, Nazis built out of the world technology and constructed stable and strong structures. But they were inspired the most by these flying objects from ancient times. Thus, they have made the Die Glocke in the shape of a Stupa or a Bell as stated in many of the early mythological shreds of evidence.

The Stupa shape:

Nazi scientists studied the ancient Hindu and Buddhist texts and were unusually motivated by the stupa-shaped flying objects and hence shaped their alleged time machine in the shape of a Stupa or Bell. Relics have stated that people often witnessed 'Stupa shaped crafts' descending from the sky and this served as a eureka moment for Nazi scientists. But the question stands, Is this shape really feasible for time travel?

Studies have shown that the stupa shape is 2 times more dynamic than a simple spherical shape. Although it might seem to be horribly incapable, it holds a great potential to serve as a feasible shape to design a space vehicle. In fact, in 2014 SpaceX introduced their version of Dragon spaceship specially designed for travel into deep space, and surprisingly it was constructed in the shape of a Bell.

If the Nazis were really constructing their time travel vehicle in the shape of a Bell or Stupa, we ought to believe that they were way ahead of their time and were right on track.

Kecksburg UFO:

On December 9th, 1965, a fireball was witnessed by thousands of people in and around Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania which crash-landed into the woods of Kecksburg. The state police officials immediately sealed off the area and searched the woods only to find nothing but small fragments that remained from the crash. This incident gained worldwide notoriety because of all the strangeness involving it.

NASA examined the site of the crash and declared that it might have been a Russian satellite that entered the Earth's atmosphere and crashed. But the reports on their findings mysteriously went missing in 1990. Based on witnesses of this incident, a model representing the crashed object was constructed which is open for display in Kecksburg, Pennsylvania. This model looks very much like a bell-shaped UFO, reminding many of the lost Hitler's bell from the past. 

It still remains an unsolved mystery as to what this object was and how it crashed into the woods. But there seems to be a strong possibility that this is the same Hitler's bell that presumably disappeared in 1945.

Although there isn't enough evidence to prove that Hitler's bell was a Hitech time travel device, it depends on your imagination to believe it or not.
